GUIDELINES
Pre - Service Teacher Education (PSTE) Programme under
District Institute of Education and Training (DIET), Lawngtlai
for the academic session 2025 – 2027
1. Candidate should have –
a) Atleast 50% marks in Higher Secondary (+2) or its equivalent examination.
b) 5% relaxation in marks for SC/ST/OBC/PwD.
2. Registration form for PSTE programme can be procured from DIET Lawngtlai and SCERT/DIET Lawngtlai website from 15th May, 2025.
3. Filled-in Registration form should be submitted at DIET Lawngtlai Office on payment of Rs.200 per applicant from 19th May, 2025
4. Last date of submission of Registration form will be 30th May, 2025.
5. False/incorrect entries in Registration form will summarily disqualify the candidate.
6. Admit cards will be issued on submission of duly filled-in Registration form.
7. No candidate will be allowed to sit in the Examination Hall without Admit Card.
8. Entrance Examination will be conducted on 4th June, 2025 at 11:00 AM @ DIET Lawngtlai.
9. Declaration of Entrance Examination Result on 9th June, 2025.
10. Entrance Examination result will be published at DIET Lawngtlai Office and DIET Lawngtlai official website. (dietlawngtlai.mizoram.gov.in)
11. Successful candidates will go through Personal Interview during 10th – 11th June, 2025 at 10:30 AM @ DIET, Lawngtlai
12. Final result of candidates eligible for admission will be declared on 13th June, 2025 and will be published at DIET Lawngtlai Office and DIET Lawngtlai official website.
13. Admission for successful candidates can be done from 18th June – 27th June, 2025.
14. Admission for Panel listed candidates will be done during 1st - 4th, July, 2025
15. Class for D.El.Ed. Course for academic session 2025 – 2027 will commence from 15th July, 2025.
