District Institute of Education & Training (DIET) Lawngtlai has a campus covering 33540.5 sq mtr. Within this area, different building were constructed for different purposes as stated below:
1. Block A building (Old building) - consisting Library & Teaching Hall.
2. Block B (Administrative Building) (New Building) - consisting administrative block and Teaching Hall.
3. Block C (New Building) - consisting Seminar/ Multipurpose Hall which is yet to be furnished.
4. Hostel Building (Under construction)
5. Old Hostel building
6. Four Staff Quarter
